Stoke City have installed their new crest design at the bet365 Stadium. The Potters adopted this new design last summer after a fan vote.
What's in the new crest?
The new crest features a shield with a Staffordshire knot, the club's foundation date of 1863, and a kiln, nodding to the area's ceramic industry.
Why the change?
The alternative design received 68% of the vote, with the club aiming to produce a crest "truly synonymous with Stoke City Football Club and the city of Stoke-on-Trent".
What does it mean for the club?
Stoke owner and chair John Coates said the new crest shows the "history, traditions, work ethic and togetherness" of the club and the city. As of now, the club is 17th in the Championship with 55 points from 46 games, and their last result was a 2-0 loss to Bristol City on 2026-05-02. | Stat | Value | | --- | --- | | League Standing | 17th | | Points | 55 | | Recent Form | LLLLD |
